What we have is never going to be completely satisfactory. People will always have issues with the placements of their favourites, and there is so much vitriol on this board that people will vote against proper changes just to spite another poster.

Personally, I'd rather add new characters, than watch this thread balloon into a 20 page monstrosity where nothing was achieved.

Hulk is a high herald, no doubt about it, with some incarnations even higher.
