I actually thought he'd make a good Wolverine. I guess Venom isn't too far off from that.

It's looking like this movie will have no connection to, Spiderman. For me that's a deal breaker.

^ No connection to the MCU Spider-Man is confirmed. But I'm curious how they'll deal with Spider-Man given how strongly connected Venom's origin and power set is with Spidey.

I reckon as far as looks go, Brock Lesnar could be a good Eddie Brock, just dunno how good his acting ability is

I suppose technically there's nothing stopping them doing that (unless their contract with Marvel forbids it), but I think they'd be better off using a Miles Morales instead of having 2 Peter Parkers.
