Terminator: Dark Fate

They decided to change the resistance leader to a woman, for what reason exactly? Pretty sure terminator was a movie the feminists weren’t attacking

Not watched this, but iirc, in Terminator 3 it was said that Judgment Day could not be averted, only stalled temporarily.

Yeah they’re ignoring all the other films

Cause that is so 2019.

Yeah but all this movie did is turn John Connor into a woman....facepalm

I really dont see what the issue is with the new Resistance leader for a reset timeline being female.

That and apparently show that it doesn't matter if the current savior dies, another will take their place.

So there goes the tension.

but to be honest. Is there really Any Way to follow the Glorious Mess that was Genisys?

I don’t mind that they ignore them

That’s not the problem. It boggles the mind people can’t see this.

Remember T1, T2 and The Sarah Connors Chronicles? The lead was a woman, and no one cared for that. From day one, Jon was the savior of the human race. Many people died so he could live, then in this film, for all the years the fans supported this franchise, they were spit on.

Oh, lovely

Sensitive males, that's what

I think am in the minority that enjoyed Salvation. It had its weak points, but overall, it was good film. Better than both Genisys and Dark Fate.

Robbie is a Very Sensitive Woke Male Cuck.

Og Sara Conner was a Kick Ass Female Action Lead. The New chick is just Millennial Blue Hair Trash.

Salvation is a decent action sci-fi , despite Sam Worthington's dubious acting abilities bringing it down.

IMO, it's the 3rd best film in the franchise after Terminator and T2. (Not seen Dark Fate yet, but it looks meh from the previews)

That’s because there is no issue. 😛

They aren’t ignored, they’re alt timelines. Pretty standard time travel trope.
Alt timelines, and various types of retcons (and straight up ignoring) are all part of any type of fiction where characters are handled by different creators over years.
We’re all nerds, this is not a new concept to anyone here.

No more so than in any other “eternal struggle” type of story. The “evil menace that can never be stopped, only held back for a time” and “there will always be someone to rise up and confront that menace” ideas are, again, not new concepts; they’ve been used in fiction for as long as there’s been fiction.

I’m all for ppl not liking stuff, but when they complain about things that are basically non issues, it seems pretty silly.

You know that still makes no sense right?

Movies about time travel seldom do

So, you're ok with people not liking stiff, as long as they do so for reasons you agree with.

No, just reasons that make sense. 😆

Make sense, to you.

Personally, I've only seen T1-3 and the Sarah Connor chronicles. the rest didn't look appealing, so I skipped them.
