Basically: A Trumper who took Trump's advice to attack protestors on the belief that it was okay and that Trump would as promised, pay the legal fees of his violent supporters, is now suing Trump and holding Trump liable because he's being taken to court for attacking someone.

Team Trump argues that Trump can not be held liable for inciting violence because he won and he's president. LoL.
