Top Israeli official says at least 10 more countries are discussing moving embassies to Jerusalem
How interesting. I wonder if anymore countries will do something similar.

Ah, so there isn’t even religious discrimination present here?So what’s the issue exactly?
That a sign with Jesus on it would be thought of as offensive. I never said people should be allowed to break rules or anything of the sort. So the "if sexual discrimination is okay this is too!" argument is irrelevant.

No one forced the couple in question to purchase a home in a community with a homeowners' association. When they chose to do so, they agreed to be bound to the homeowners' association rules, including those governing holiday displays. They are not being persecuted, because they did not read the rules, or because they do not want to abide them. If they do not like it, they can move. No one is forcing them to stay there. But if they do not want to move, then they have to take down the prohibited decorations, or face the consequences. This is just another example of American Christians thinking their religious beliefs exempt them from rules they do not want to follow.
I don't care about the rule part, they should follow the rule. But they didn't just tell the couple "you broke the rules". They also said someone was offended over it. You also had one guy saying he didn't care, but the jesus sign was "like a finger to the community". So it still stands as an example. If this was simply "your sign broke the rule, take it down" it would be different.
And yes I agree, if it is against the rules they should abide by them. I also agree with Squall in the sense that if someone had posted something that was also against the rules, but pro gay or minority or pro liberal I don't think there would have been as much of a fuss. That is just personal opinion.
Democratic rep says she was targeted on flight by a passenger because she’s black
I don't know if the other passenger is telling the truth or if the airline is, but it's quite silly this Dem rep tried to blame this on racism. Silly, but not surprising lol.
]Rules and Regulations of The Courtyards at The Links at Gettysburg, A Planned Community § 19Display of Christmas and similar holiday decorations, including exterior decorative lights, shall be permitted only from Thanksgiving Day of each year until January 15 of the following year. Display of decorations for other holidays, including, but not limited to, Independence Day and Halloween, shall be permitted for a period beginning ten (10) days prior to the date of the holiday and ending five (5) days after the date of the holiday. No lawn displays or holiday banners are permitted.
This rule is being applied consistently.

Are you obtuse? The homeowners' association rules strictly prohibit banners and yard displays. This couple put up both. That is the "middle-finger to the community." That this couple has the nerve to flout the rules regarding both banners and yard displays that everyone else is expected to abide by. These are the terms of living in this community that everyone accepted upon purchase of their home, and this couple thinks those terms do not apply to them. That is what the complainant finds offensive. It has nothing to do with what is on the banner. It is that there is a banner with any message up at all.

In other words, you have created a pretend scenario, so you do not have to acknowledge this is not viewpoint discrimination.
The silver lining is this bullshit isn't just happening here:
"Chrislam" - Europe Folds To The Islamization Of Christmas
"A school in Lüneburg postponed a Christmas party after a Muslim student complained that the singing of Christmas carols during school was incompatible with Islam. Alexander Gauland, the leader of the anti-immigration Alternative for Germany (AfD), said the school's action was "an unbearable, involuntary submission to Islam" and amounted to a "cowardly injustice" toward non-Muslim children."
There is a catholic university near me that doesn't really celebrate Christmas anymore because some muslim students complained. I repeat: this is a catholic school lol.
"In Denmark, a primary school in Graested cancelled a traditional church service marking the beginning of Christmas in order not to offend Muslim pupils. Some parents accused the school of having double-standards: it recently held an event called "Syria Week" in which children immersed themselves in Middle Eastern culture. Ignoring parents, the school board sided with the school:
"The board backs the school's decision to create new traditions [emphasis added] that involve children and young people."
Danish Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen, who attended the school as a child, said the decision should be reversed. Health Minister Ellen Trane Norby added:
"Danish primary schools have a duty to spread education — and teaching the cultural values and knowledge connected to Christmas is an essential part of that."
In France, the annual Christmas market in the Croix-Rousse district of Lyon was cancelled because of exorbitant security costs associated with protecting the event from Islamic terror. The city's annual festival of lights did go ahead this year. The military governor of Lyon, General Pierre Chavancy, said that, because of the "sensitivity" of the event, 1,500 soldiers and police, backed up by dogs, river brigades and mine-clearers, would be deployed to provide security."
"In neighboring Belgium, the head of the Red Cross in Liège, André Rouffart, ordered all 28 offices in the city to remove crucifixes to affirm the organization's secular identity. Critics said the decision was part of a broader effort to "modify certain terminologies" and to "break with our traditions and our roots" in order to appease Muslims. "We once said Christmas holidays, now we say winter holidays," said a local Red Cross volunteer. "The Christmas market in Brussels has been renamed 'Winter Pleasures.' Let things remain as they are."
In Germany, a school in Lüneburg postponed a Christmas party after a Muslim student complained that the singing of Christmas carols during school was incompatible with Islam. The school's decision to reschedule the event as a non-compulsory after-school activity generated "a flood of hate mail and even threats against school management and school board," according to Focus. In an effort to appease angry parents, Headmaster Friedrich Suhr said that "non-Christian" Christmas songs such as "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer" would not be banned. Alexander Gauland, the leader of the anti-immigration Alternative for Germany (AfD), said the school's action was "an unbearable, involuntary submission to Islam" and amounted to a "cowardly injustice" toward non-Muslim children.
In Munich, ads for a multicultural "winter market" depicted a snowman covered in a burqa. The chairman of the AfD in Bavaria, Petr Bystron, noted the irony: "A burqa snowman as a tolerance symbol?" In Halle, the Christmas market was renamed "Wintermarket."

Lol he blurs out the one womans face because her friend got pissed off that the video makes her look dumb.
Liberals Freak Out After Vanity Fair Trolls Hillary Clinton With ‘New Year’s Resolutions’
Lol, so among the reaction from lunatics we have this from Patricia Arquette:
"Hey STOP TELLING WOMEN WHAT THE F-CK THEY SHOULD DO OR CAN DO. Get over your mommy issues."
No real sense of humor, this was all done as a joke. Hilary is not even the only person who had resolutions suggested for her, it wasn't only women.
Some people are even tweeting hashtags about canceling Vanity Fair over this lol.

Why People Hate the Media, Chapter 12,186
I mean yeah...some of those headlines do seem to imply this is being done for no reason at all. CNN had a headline "Exclusive: Iconic White House Tree To Be Cut Down". Newsweek had "Melania Trump orders removal of near 200 yr. old tree from white house" lol. Though at this point we should all be used to this kinda stuff.
In other news the other day Don Lemon devoted an entire segment to the earth shattering news that Trump was apparently using a truck to block reporters from filming him golfing lol. I don't know why footage of Trump golfing is so important, they have plenty already, but it is still amusing to see them devote an entire segment to complaining about it.

Lol stop whining. Nobody cares. This thread is for posting a variety of things, nobody is trying to make people "forget" your opinion on the war on Christmas. And make no mistake: that is all it is, an opinion.
