Yeah but that design was first dated in 1861, 70 years after the constitution came into effect in 1789, so I don't think Squall meant that gun. I'm curious as to what he means when fully automatic weapons were in use by the time the constitution was written, because I can find no references to any weapons of that type in that time period beyond the Puckle. All I can find is numerous muskets, long rifles, and cannons.
