Sometimes Trump says or does something that makes you think "Damn, he's good".

Now he's asking all the NFL players that knelt...for advice on who he should pardon next. Asking them who they feel has been wrongly convicted.

I love it. Now they can either work with Trump and potentially correct an injustice that was done...or they can pout. If they refuse, Trump looks good. If they work with him...Trump looks good.

Really, that's all it takes for you? Anyhow, Kaepernick did not kneel to get someone specifically out of prison though, the kneeling by him and others was due to the "oppression of black people and people of color", it's for countrywide reform.

So while it's nice that Trump wants to pardon a person here and there that has received an unfair prison term (eg someone who is rotting in prison for a non-violent drug offense), it's not really addressing the issues, not even the issue of prison reform, it's little more than trying to stop a gushing fatal wound with a band-aid, it's a PR distraction all-in-all.

If the NFL players are smart, they'll address Trump's invite by stating similar. Sure get this-that person out of jail, but the bigger/real picture of reform is what Trump needs to actually address.

Neat. Opinion noted.

Democrat accused of forging names on nomination docs; she got into politics to fight against Trump

Lol. And we have this:

"Carolyn Demetropoulos of Watertown — who signed an affidavit saying she never signed Daniels’ nomination papers — told WITI she would’ve voted for Daniels as a fellow Democratic woman.

“As a woman, I would’ve definitely supported her. Now I’m kind of at a loss about what to do,” Demetropoulos told the station in an interview on her front porch. “I feel kind of betrayed and angry, but I’m glad that this sort of thing was brought to light because this is not right.”

So she would have voted for this woman because vagina. Oh leftists...

He should pardon everyone who has been imprisoned as part of a non-violent drug offense, particularly relating to marijuana and then call for the complete legalization of it.

He should, but I doubt it. However he definitely isn't done pardoning people. We're going to see a whole lot more...both dead and alive. He just floated the idea of pardoning Muhammad Ali.

But I've read he doesn't need a pardon cuz it was overturned.

Yeah, I know he won't. But I know you enjoy mentioning how much liberal heads would explode if he did this and that hypothetically, but seriously, imagine how much liberal heads would explode if he actually did a full pardon of all prison sentences relating to weed offenses. On the flip side, a lot of conservatives would probably be very confused and upset. It would be great.

Lulz you know the only reason he is doing this is to show the pardoning power of the president, just in case you know 😉

Actually it's a fact as I direct quoted Kaepernick as to why he knelt. Weird.

True. I can actually tell you exactly how the left would respond. They would be happy and would even compliment Trump, but because some of them suffer from TDS...they'd wind up also bringing up how in the past he said he wants to execute drug dealers or something. Because it's against the rules to say anything good about Trump unless you balance it out by bashing him or just pointing out something shitty he said or did lol.

Sessions and his prison-for-profit buddies would have strokes. Why it won't happen

Your opinion on the matter is what was being noted. Yes indeed it is true the players claim they kneel over police brutality and oppression and all that.

Those were facts too. Cool, so you understand the difference in what Trump is attempting. 👆

He doesn't seem to like Sessions much, Sessions' inevitable meltdown would be the icing on the cake.

No, it was opinion. It won't be debated further.

If it was just Sessions, sure, it's much larger than that. But yeah, Sessions having a visible conniption fit would be entertaining. **** that guy.

Facts, actually.
