You can get posts deleted on Quor for being too triggering, apparently. Posted one that went something like "What prevents another nazi Germany from happening? As far as I can see, the vehicles of propaganda, and levers of power, that existed then, exist now. All it takes is the right bigot in the right position."

It was badly worded in the sense I was using "Nazi Germany" in a loose sense, to mean any supremacist society.

Would have likely been deleted regardless.

I stand by the message. There are absolutely no checks on targeting the general public with propaganda. We are awash in it.

And we place far too much faith in our leaders. Give a man your trust, and if it is in their interests to break it, they will break it.

The levers of power using easily manipulated vehicles of propaganda was essentially my point. What prevents this? Nothing. That's how nazism rose, through unchecked propaganda by those in power.

For one problem the proposed solution is restricting the rights of the citizens a nationstate is sworn to protect.

For the other problem the proposed solution is in keeping with a nation's sovereignty to control its own borders, and is simply the nation not extending a privilege rather than erroding a right.

Really gets then noggin joggin.

Because the Illigal Aliens are a Weapon the Left hopes to use against the Right. They don't care how many people get killed because it will be something they will use to END Freedom in the U.S.

This is why the "illegals commit less crimes than Americans" argument is irrelevant. Such an argument comes with the batshit insane implication that a country isn't allowed to worry about illegal aliens committing crimes until they begin to commit more crimes than legal citizens.

It would be interesting if someone were to compare the number of people murdered by illegals in the last 2-3 years with the number of kids killed in school shootings in the last 2-3 years. I wonder which number would be higher?

I know, but we see how they panic over school shootings, so if illegals kill more people than school shootings do...

Most school shootings are done by dumb kids under the age of 16. It's stupid to blame Trump supporters or Trump for a school shooting based on teenagers being irrational. It wasnt Obamas fault for school shootings either.
