While you may see this as inappropriate (I think the same), it's not illegal. The reason this type of art is protected speech is the same reason our Cake Baker guy can refuse to make art for lifestyles he does not agree with.

In other words, dude, you can't shit on artistic expression while also supporting Cake Baker, dude. It's makes you look like a hypocrite. Freedom comes with a hefty responsibility tag.

A better way to view this is: not all chlid-adult nudity is bad (depends on context). But all child-adult sexual acts with a minor are illegal (in all 50 states).
