Spider-Man Homecoming Has already beaten Wonder Woman and will likely top both GOTG2 and BvS. If it does it will be bigger than any DCEU film to date.

So Name recognition definitely makes a difference.

And how much will Disney/MCU be getting? Hardly anything, from what I hear.

I do care about box office because if it tanks the movies don't get made. I place a higher emphasis on quality. Gotg 2 is a much more rewatchable film than WW. I can't watch any other DC film in its totality again. They are that bad.
