This is a tough one. Superman is clearly much more physically superior but the speed force offers a great protective barrier and in situations like this, where it is a contest of speed/mass...no one tends to beat the Flash.

Superman is impervious which woukd mean denser. He also jas greater musscle bulk due to his strength. This should mean the force of his strike at top speed is greater thN tjat of any flash

I just don't get this. Flash f*cked up a white martian with a single IMP. He said he could have done it many more times if he wanted, but once was enough.

Superman is not walking away from thousands of those hitting him.

He can speed steal too. But if it's just punching allowed, Superman gets hit way more often than Wally will.(Wally will get hit zero times)
