That's hardly a measuring stick...

And Flash had to circle around the World many times to get the required power to do that feat...

And Flash has a big mouth and everything that he say shouldn't be taken seriously...

At his top speed he could circle the world many many times, he's far above Superman then.

And now we are saying he can't hit with class 100 force? didn't he take out Mongul too?

Flash can probably snap his finger and blow Superman's eardrum.

Flash clearly wins

And if all powers are allowed, Flash just speed steals.
