I actually liked those parts. They put focus on Petes character, and you can't have Spidey without Parkers double life unlike someone like Batman.

Plus, Pete is best realized part of the Spidey in the MCU so far IMO. Holland played that part perfectly. His Spidey still needs work, but he nailed Peter Parker.

His Peter was to whiney for my liking. But to each their own.

Really looking forward to this, Holland is the best Spider-Man thus far, Gyllenhall's a good actor; should make for a good villain and Keaton returning as the Vulture (even if in a minor role) all make for a fantastic sequel. So much win.

I hope this will be good not a big fan of Mysterio but he can be an interesting villain for sure and at least he is " New".
