Eh, unless your kid is chronically sick I doubt you're taking off a boatload of work for him then.

But women are more likely to want to settle down and start a family lol. So all that stuff, the check ups, etc. come with that package.

I agree, but we live in a world where some want to make it out so that men and women are 100% equal. Nice, combine the WNBA and NBA. That would be HILARIOUS.

I was for the most part. I used to be a little emotional weirdo when I was young. thank god my dad came back into the picture. he's my best friend now. lots of wisdom

Hmm? No. Two parents. Both worked at first. My mom made more than my dad. She gave up her job willingly because she wanted to spend more time with me and my brother.

Did the patriarchy make her do that? Probably.

Kids don't have to be chronically sick to just get sick 2-3 times a year, picking them up from school, daycare...............and even if women dont want to start a family they still generally require more care for their plumbing...........

My point is that it would be better if you were to use a statistic that spoke to each demographic and not just to gender 😛

But even now...they are still more likely to work less hours, take more time off, etc. They've had these opportunities for a while now. They didn't just begin attending university.

Eh, 2-3 times a year isn't so bad. I don't think that would have a huge impact on ho much they work.

Oh yeah, so they get a 2 weeks vacation they use for the kids holidays, christmas, thanksgiving, spring break, vaca gone.

They get 1 week sick time...........so let's hope they don't have to use that on themselves because kids will wreck that just with colds in a year.
