Honestly, I don't think Bill was given a pass. I think he given shit in 1992, 1996, and almost every year until 2001.

I think Clinton is the big one they gave a pass too. I think they also are throwing him under the bus now in order to have an excuse to go after Trump. "We went after one of ours" they can claim.
