She has given him fits before. I see no reason on why she couldn't either repeat this or do a lot better a second go round. It's funny how you forgot to mention the sneak attack. I wonder if it was Superman what you would have said.

They were face to face when she did that and she asked him to face her. He threw off a blast, she blocked it and sent it back at him and proceeded at stabbing his eye out. Where in the WORLD did you get they were playing? The only one that can claim that is Diana since she IS laughing during the time she stabbed his eye clean out.
Jeez, Carver, you really see things in your own unique way. She blocked A blast, sent it back to him. It just staggered him. Stabbed his eye (if she was laughing, where is the speech bubble?). He was ready to continue the battle until he sensed the JL coming. He TURNED HIS BACK to her and walked away. He left because it wasn't in his plans to deal with the JL yet.

Staggering is affecting someone (WTF) and stabbing someone eye out is affecting someone (WTF). Is getting your eye stabbed out nothing to you? Is this something you can brush off? Let me know. What does continuing to fight have to do with anything? I don't get it. I never said she broke his leg. What I am saying is, she had the advantage during their one on one exchange. Do you get it?

I don't get why you posted those scans. It takes away from nothing I said. I never said he wasn't a challenge to her, what I did say (since you brought up a weaker Darkseid challenging Diana when overall you forgot to mention the sneak attack) Diana did better against a full powered Darkseid and looking at the scans I posted, she did do better. Him slamming her is within his capabilities of doing. I don't believe Diana would outright dominate Darkseid.

Darkseid literally toyed with her and drained her with a wave of his hands.
At less than full power. At full power, he ignore her stabbing him in the eye and overpowered her casually.
He also oneshots her along with the league.

Yes, being staggered by his own attack. Taking a step back is being staggered. Stabbing someone in the eye is gonna stagger someone.I can punch the strongest man in the world and I would stagger him. Doesn't mean as much as you are putting into it.
