That was kind of confusing. The gap between Zeus and conventional heroes wasn't nearly as large as I expected. The Justice League was implied to be able to beat a full power Darkseid while a weaker version bested Zeus himself. It's true, he beat him through energy absorption, the same way Parasite would beat Superman but I thought with the added power, he would be on a completely different level.
I'm curious to see how the Diana vs Darkseid rematch would go.

So are we assuming that current Darkseid is equal in power to pre-death Darkseid?
I only ask because current Darkseid has 'only' absorbed the power of some Greek Pantheon Gods to get where he is now. Conversely, pre-death Darkseid absorbed the power of ALL the Old Gods of New Genesis to become Darkseid:
