1st of all, Mace gets eaten by Nihillus. The poor old negro can't protect himself from the Dark Reaper. He doesn't know how to resist drain, meaning he has no business facing Nihilus. On top of this, the functionality of Vaapad is to syphon the energy projected from the opponent, which isn't a reliable option against someone who's favoured skill is to syphon your energy first. And it's probably the only reason Mace could contend with Palpatine. Not due to his personal power.

I agree Mace Windu have nothing on Palpatine. However, you greatly underestimate true capabilities of Mace Windu. Darth Nihilus can siphon energy but Mace Windu can siphon it back with Vaapad. It would create endless loop until Mace Windu cuts Darth Nihilus down with superior dueling skills.

Agreed that's why Mace walked up to the Dark Reaper waving his lightsaber around waiting to recapture the energy it stole from him as oppose to getting Anakin to do it for him

Are you actually taking him seriously?

Windu requires time to get Vaapad up and running. Nihilus would just drain him then and there. Traya, someone weaker than Nihilus using a weaker version of the power drain ****ed three Jedi Masters after ragdoling them.

I also don't see Windu matching the feat of pulling a military class ship out of the orbit of Malachor 5.

Vaapad is a lightsaber form. Mace Windu have swinged his lightsaber very quickly. Darth Nihilus would have no time to drain him.

You think those Jedi are on level of Mace Windu? Those Jedi were so weak three year olds with waterguns could have defeated them. Darth Traya instantly killed them proving how weak they were.

Mace Windu have excellent showings of Telekinesis. See for yourself:

Darth Nihilus have ragdolled capital ship but Mace Windu have ragdolled himself. You think Darth Nihilus can ragdoll Mace Windu? I think not.
