Dooku ain't far off from ROTJ Vader, not unlike DE Luke. The difference being Dooku has decades of experience and mastery, so I doubt that.

DE Sidious is a walking Force nexus who can create moon-devouring storms of pure dark side energies.

Maybe not straight up. But if Sidious pulled out a lightsaber, cut off Dooku's hand then unleashed his lightning, doubt Dooku's gonna be able to block that.

Given that DE Luke and Dooku are both sub-Vader, then him doing anything of the sort to a roughly equally powerful but far more experienced combatant than Luke is certainly debatable.

Base Luke isn't = Vader by ROTJ. Neither is he in DE.
