That's not an issue then; if the top of 10 = universe busting then 10 is obviously a really wide ranging tier; Luke could be >> KF Vader and still just be a 10.

We already know that there's a widening, large gap between tiers, with the gap across 10 presumably being the largest.

Issue for Luke, though, is we already have confirmation Anakin is already borderline level 10.

Your only case for Luke even being better than Yoda / RotS Sidious as a duelist is through DE - let alone vastly... vastly better.
