That for me would be a reason to fire him...it's quite insane. But if kept around there would need to be some sort of punishment.

How will they be prepared for college if they are taught they can't disagree with a viewpoint? Lol wow...I just realized that, in reality, being taught not to disagree would be preparing them fully for a modern day college experience. Unfortunately.
