The unfortunate part is, no matter what happens today, in way these people have destroyed Kavanaugh. Every supreme court decision is now gonna get whined about. On the other hand, if Kavanaugh is the guy people claim, he probably doesn't give a shit and will be laughing all the way to the supreme court.

No, that's not a conservative position, that's a liberal position. It just so happens to be a liberal position that American conservatives also take. I've commented on this before. My real position is, "science-based, decision making that maximizes positive outcomes for both mother and baby." The goal is obviously the most possible maximum, positive outcome. Not enough science exists to know that answer but I will continue exploring options until we get there. I definitely oppose the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
I noticed you left out the fact that I support a universal basic income and universal healthcare - both of which are almost central to the abortion question (abortion becomes easier and happens less often when both systems are mature and in place). And it just so happens both are liberal positions I take.
