It's not about whether he can take any victories (he can't). It's about whether he can make the fight somewhat competitive before losing.
With equal stats and both characters being human then he can do quite well against all of them.

Remember no one gets their superhuman feats here. DD can't block bullets, no one else is a bullet timer. They all move with human speed and have normal human strength and durability.

If not then Superman would also get Superhuman abilities too and still make it a fight.

..He already beat Kobra, who beat Batman back in the day. He gives any of them a decent fight barring probably current Shiva, and takes at least 2/10 from any of them.

Who said it did? I gave one example. Superman is a solid B list combatant. Easily on par. With Rick Flagg, Hal Jordan or Ben Grimm. He's beaten Parademons and Elite Krytonian warriors like Kru El.
