The canon tends to be all over the place. Many writers have stressed how unskilled he is, even having it be a major plot point with Wonder Woman, and her teaching him.
On the other end, you have him doing Super Martial Arts moves and taking down fairly elite HTH combatants while unpowered.
Even his highest skill portrayals are unlikely to be favored against anyone here when unpowered. However, the degree of humiliation varies wildly from portrayal to portrayal.
