Rules:
- Both characters are in their prime and all feats up until their deaths are available for use
- Star Wars: Expanded Universe, exclusive of the 2008 The Clone Wars TV show, is the only permissible source for material used in this debate. The expanded universe is defined as "material produced by Lucasfilm or officially licensed by it."
- Each debater will have 3 full weeks to respond to the other's post.

Judges:
A total of 6 judges will be chosen from 10 based on the poll attached to this thread. The 10 candidates have been pre-selected by the debaters.
The poll results will be finalized on Saturday March 31st at 11:00 PM EST, at which point the 6 judges will be contacted to confirm their availability.
Judges who abandon the debate will simply be eliminated without replacement.
Issues which arise mid-debate (e.g validity of a source) will be resolved by the selected judges via simple majority.
The winner of the debate will be determined by simple majority. In the event of a tie, the results will be considered inconclusive.

- Location is Times Square NYC, exclusive of people. Stationary cars and buses are present.
- Starting distance is 20 meters
