Thor's lightning is strong enough to punch through multiple leviathans, devastate acres of frostgiant homeworld, faceplant Thanos and tear up multiple spaceships. Yeah, I'm pretty sure Thor's lightning is more powerful than just regular lightning.

Going by movie feats Thor's lightning is far more powerful than normal lightning. have you even seen any of the movies?

Well the first two Thor movies were so terrible I forget what happened. I did go back and watch some scenes and yes his lightning is more powerful. I didnt doubt it was, just forgot those scenes to be honest.
Powerful enough to beat Superman...I dont know.
Given this post, you most certainly did doubt whether Thor's lightning was more powerful than normal lightning.

Well, Thor's lightning has way better destructive feats than Zod, Faora's or Namek's punches and those punches were hurting Superman. It's safe to assume Thor's lightning can hurt him too.

Do you think the Superman in MOS is equal to the Superman in JL. No one hurt him in JL. I think the JL Superman stomps the other Kryptonians with Zod maybe putting up a little fight.
