So you're claiming he lost that ability when he got SB. Now prove it. So far nothing you've posted actually proved anything.

He was only covered in lightning when holding storm breaker. He transfered his lightning power to the axe in order to amp the weapon during those attacks.

I don't need to prove anything since I'm not the one making any claims. You're the one trying to claim something different from what we've seen from the movies and what we know of Thor's powers. So if you want to claim that his powers work differently then you need to provide proof.

Thor couldnt even beat Ironman, Hulk, Kurse, A dark elf, or Hela😂

So Superman wont use his speed 100% of the time but we will let Thor spam lightning strikes and have an electricity force field the whole fight because Thor has always fought like that.
