Yes, when Batman wanted to bring him back and aid against Steppenwolf so of course he didn’t win. He didn’t want to. Yes, Superman showed a lot more superhuman speed in their first fight as well. That doesn’t mean he is fast enough to avoid everything a human throws their way. He was caught multiple times and later beaten when Batman wanted to kill Superman despite Superman’s stepmother’s life on the line. When the stakes were high and Batman wanted to prevail he did so.

Thor dominates him. This isn’t close. Superman can’t hang with Thor.

Superman is far stronger, invulnerable compared to Thor and the MCU chars and most important of all, far far faster. Stormbreaker could kill him with a good hit to the head, it would just never have the chance to connect and Superman would easily break Thors neck. Not even a contest.
