Neither Zod, Faora or Namek have ever matched the destructive force of Thor's Jotunheim blast or how his lightning one-shot multiple leviathans yet the kryptonian attacks were hurting Superman. Which means Thor's lightning can hurt Superman.
Also, Thor's lightning is obviously >>> regular lightning.

Perhaps it would be too taxing to use his full strength at those speeds.
Perhaps he cant operate at those speeds for very long.
Who knows? Superior Feats are required.

h1 hasn't seen the movie, so he doesn't know that while fighting the Flash, Superman's superspeed punches barely damaged the monument they were fighting around.

Exactly my words. I always knew Thor was more powerful than Hulk. You were damn slow catching on.
As I’ve always said Thanos is the greatest villain of all time. This film is the best of all time. Thanos truly stands alone and atop the mountain.

In Superman’s eyes he’s not punching quickly but slowly with a lot of power. In someone else’s eyes, Superman is punching extremely fast.
I get what you are saying though. Bracing power does play a role though. How much bracing power (resistance of being moved backwards) will Superman put behind the punch? For example, an escalator can push/ brace with a large force without moving fast. Bracing power can act as mass. For example, an unstoppable object (infinite bracing power) will hit something as if it was infinite mass (infinite force). So it makes sense that Juggs hit hard although punches slower than Spider-Man.

^ Wrong. Speed is not the only thing that powers a punch. Otherwise lightweights would be punching way stronger than heavyweights.A jab is the fastest punch a boxer delivers but is nowhere near as strong as a cross.
Reread my post. This time all of it and not some of it. The cross is thrown over a longer distance and thus appears a little slower.
Also some boxers throw the cross faster than their jab.

Ah h1, your stupidity never ceases to amaze. A cross is slower because it utilizes more muscles and has the boxer's weight behind it, whereas a jab is mostly a snapping of the fist forward (it's slightlt more complex than that but let's not get into that).
That's why the jab is faster.
