Superman has been hit multiple times by people who were not using superspeed. I wouldn't be surprised if Thor has dodged more attacks than Superman.
Its about as honest as saying Thor was getting tagged by shield agents or died while he was stripped of his powers. He had no idea to suspect Batman had Kryptonite. He saw Batman was about to shoot him and assumed it posed no threat.
If he tries to just tank Thors hits, I admit thats not a smart strategy but my understanding in Battles they know about each others powers so I assume he would respect Thor and not just tank everything.
He was hit legitimately by Kryptonians and Doomsday. All of which can operate at higher combat speeds than Thor in my opinion. Thor appeared almost like a statue to Quicksilver so I dont think Supes would be much different.
Dude, Superman has been hit by more than Batman who has human reflexes. He also recovered by the Knite when Batman couldn’t even faze him anymore but he was not fast enough to avoid the Knite there either. Superman in the manner in which you debate him does not exist. You highlight certain moments and ignore the rest which happens to be the majority.

Show me clips that show Doomsday and the Kryptonians operating at above Thor level speed every time they hit Superman. same with everyone that hit Superman during JL.

Superman is stronger, vastly faster, and more durable against blunt forces.
H1, even so, by that feat you can infer that Thor's skin is more durable.
Superman received a lesser force and got more damaged. Thor has better durability.
