While under the influence of Kryptonite. The effects linger. He could barely fly as he held the spear. As I said earlier, the movie showed exactly what happens to kryptonians under the effects of the kyptonite. Solar radiation is driven outside of the bodies and the cells begin to decay.
In the exact same film nothing could cut through Zod's corpse during the autopsy until kryptonite was introduced as stated by Lex a credible scientist hisself. The body didn't even decomose after Zod's death. So even if he could still use his powers he was still heavily weakened.
Kryptonite doesn't affect kryptonians just a little, it affects them alot. And his ability to still somewhat fly and take hits is a testament to will power and durability.
That's like saying Thor couldn't break out of Ebony Maw's metal grips because he's weak rather than being weakened based on what transpired before hand.

His durability does come from powers but there are different types of durability.

Clark being under effects of kryptonite plus Doomday's kryptonian bones, it's
logical to assume that WITH those conditions he would be pierced. Notice no blood was ever drawn from Supes or ANY powered kryptonian unless kryptonite was involved, you can't ignore context
We've seen Thor bleed from boulders being thrown at him (Kurse)
he had scratches from Ultron's punches (Age of ultron)
and Hulk gave him a nosebleed in Avengers 1 ( I believe he was weakened by the dark energy Odin used to send him to earth as shown in the tie in comic for Avengers 1)
The same hulk that got his tooth knocked out by Hulk Buster.
How is it wank when that's exactly what happened in the films?

Superman died it wasn’t just a stabbing. Thor has yet to perish. He survived a slap from the destroyer without any powers. Superman died while Batman used his Knite on Doomsday as well as Superman impaled him with his weapon. Man the **** up Superman.

It could have weakened him to the point where he can now be penetrated by someone of peer strength and bulletproof super hard bones. Or those bones could have penetrated Superman without him being weakened (a good feat for DD and not a bad feat for Superman).

Those things are super durable and DD is super strong.

Just Hulk can 1 punch a Leviathan. The rest are considerably stronger and more durable than Hulk.
Also not sure why getting hit through a Skyscraper is better than withstanding the explosion of Slovakia. Or heck even the BiFrost explosion. Or the explosion of Thanos ship in space. Or a fall through the BiFrost on to another planet.
Afraid you will have to do better than moving through a building.
