Avengers: Endgame (2019)

Remembered another quote from Avatar:

"the"-Sigourney Weaver's character

😂

I much as I like Cameron, his two biggest franchises are rip offs.

He was sued for Terminator, and I believe he ended up losing. It seems Terminator was ripped off from an old episode of the Twilight Zone, or short story.

Where as Avatar, do i like it was simply Pocahontas in space.

Does anyone know what the extra footage was?

The guy who sued was Harlan Ellison. There was an Outer Limits episode based on his short story. Ellison ended up getting a credit on "Terminator".

Fun fact: He also wrote the Star Trek episode "City On The Edge Of Forever".

Wait a minute I just remembered...didn't the end of Infinity War show Gamora as a child? Yet she wasn't ever mentioned in Endgame.

She was a child in soul realm/world

That was inside the soul stone.

But regardless, why would she be?

Could’ve sworn it was Twilight Zone. Thanks for the clearing up though.

Cameron hated the author though. I was like dude, you ripped off his shit, the least you could do is pay him. Kinda reminds me with Lucas Vs the original Vader author. Till this day, he’s yet to be payed some of his money from ROTJ.

Any update on the post credit scenes?

Anyone here seen them?

It should beat Avatar now as its made 20mill since last week and less than 30mill away from Avatar.

Don't think it's even out yet...?

^ It is, and the box office received a boost this weekend.

But clearly not out everywhere.

Apparently it's Hulk rescuing people from a fire then recieving a phone call from Cap.

And one of Fury and Hill in Mexico meeting Mysterio and the rock monster

But the CGI for hulk has been poorly done

7th time. Final cinematic trip.

Kevin Feige says how with every film since day 1, they start with a white board and a stack of comics:

What a Legend.

15million to go. Got a boost from both the new scenes and Spider-Mans release. Should beat Avatar in the next 3 weeks (at which point it hits digital).
