At the very least, after Thor Ragnarok, Thor hits even harder. He can lightning amp even his punches now.
Even if you believe Hulk has a strength edge, it doesn't even matter in a fight because as far as combat is concerned, Thor punches are at least as dangerous.
It would only matter in like, an arm wrestle, or something. Not that I believe Hulk is stronger anymore though I wouldn't be shocked if that was the only category he had an edge.
