I can't promote this enough:

Oatmeal. You will never have any problems living on that stuff.

Meats fine, in moderation, but you really need to get fiber.

I go through phases with oatmeal, where I'll eat it regularly and then not at all, I like the plain steel cut variety and none of that "instant" or "quick" shit either, but can't recall the last time I had it, easily been 6 or more months.

I find that eating the right veggies everyday gets you the fiber you need. Awhile back I started liquefying leafy greens, I'll add some blue berries or similar for flavour and I down about a pint of it every morning before leaving the house. Do this both for a low calorie nutrient burst and in the case I don't eat balanced that day, I know I've already had 1-2 servings.

I love lentils, they're delicious and very healthy. I used to eat them regularly when living with my mom as that was a staple growing up, but they've been far and few between since.

I dumped it all and will never buy any again.

That's where the protein ratio labelled on the container comes from.

Speaking of bugs and eating them. Read that cricket flour is becoming a thing now. Very easy to source(breed crickets), easy to process into a flour or meal and you can bake many a dish with it, while it's ultra high in protein and fiber, with few drawbacks.

I suspect this is the food source the elites are preparing for the rabble to keep them satiated when climate change decimates our crops and livestock and there's a very limited amount /endconspiracyrant

I have to say, the whole carnivore diet is extremely good at triggering vegans.

You'll start to hit ketosis at about 3-4 days in and feel ill. Some people get the flu-like symptoms fairly severely. I don't get them at all.

Cocaine and roids. I didn't find this out until like...5 years ago. It shattered my image of all these fitness dudes who are always in tip-top shape.

Yeah, I went through a phase of coke to start the day coke for lunch, coke before training and puff to get to sleep. Long over that now, would worry about my heart, but gear especially t and deca 100 fast is safe as houses.

Okay that’s pretty damn funny. Didn’t even know that and I’ve been a health nut since I joined.

But I’ll say this, being in shape is ****ing hard work. To this day, my best in shape times were when I was deployed overseas.
