No, statistics and movie reviews speak for the billions of people out there. Am just the one who reveals it to you.
Just because many people got to watch the movies doesn't mean they are good/succesfull.
Financial success doesn't translate into a good movie.
The Last Jedi, Rogue One, Solo...they've all been disappointments. If you want to claim otherwise, you are entitled, just doesn't mean everyone else feels the same way.

Oh, there's not a single doubt that TLJ pissed off the majority of Star Wars fans... I'm butthurt myself over it... but that's still just a single movie.
You didn't hear such severe complaints about TFA or R1.
As for Solo... the jury is still out for this one. Haven't seen it yet (no spoilers, please) and it just hit the theaters.
They're both pretty awful franchises at this point, yet both have one film(Wonder Woman, Rogue One) a piece that range from good to great. I guess...New Star Wars is slightly better? I was very disappointed by The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi flat out sucked, but neither film completely shit the bed the way that Batman v Superman did, and neither were as sloppy as Suicide Squad, nor as relentlessly mediocre like Justice League.

TLJ is the biggest disappointment so far.
Rogue One was....mediocre. Not good nor bad. But coming from Disney and Star Wars we don't expect mediocre.
Well ratings aren't looking so well for Solo.....
There were articles back in December iirc so I believe Disney thought this was a very strong possibility. Weak character to do a film on in general no one really was excited for and the Last Jedi backlash all died together for the perfect storm. Episode 9 will have insane pressure riding on it similar to LeBron James what he experiences every year.
Disney is just squeezing every last drop out of Star Wars they can. Now they are doing a Boba Fett movie.
Let these characters be. You legit have like thousands of years of history to pull from. Do some KOTOR era stuff dickbags.
As for the thread, I can name at least two movies on the JL side I enjoyed. WW and Man of Steel. For Star Wars the only one I kinda liked is Force Awakens.

no they don't coz if they did then people couldn't make up their own minds and judge for themselves... the billions of people that see movies disagree with you and your articles. they alone can say whether or not movies turn profits and what type of profit is made.. take solo for example it vastly underperformed yet it'll turn a little profit..

it is only a disappointment coz you didn't like it which is fine, but not put words into others mouths who enjoyed it which people clearly did...
