As per the real world physics of throwing a punch. Speed x mass and distance x mass really is all there is to it. Heavyweights hit harder than lightweights, the technique will always be key to maximise this. But when you are fast, heavy and with long limbs you generate more force regardless of technique to a point. Hence why we have weight divisions, a heavyweight will also have bigger shock absorbers to take more impact, that said anyone over 12 stone landing a hook on the Golden inch, probably could knock almost anyone else out.

Can Superman regenerate from a single atom? No. Sentry however can.
Can Superman launch telepathic assault? No. Sentry however can.
Can Superman raise himself and others from death? (Sleeping coma aside) No. Sentry however can.
Sentry has a far more potent and versatile power set than Superman and can win fights that Superman can't. You don't have to get mad because of that.
But yes, Flash is hax and versatile enough to give even the Sentry a run for his money.

You're trying to make arguments for Superman by comparing him to how Sentry does against someone as hax as Flash. That doesn't work, because Superman doesn't have Sentrys power set.

Sentry is overall more powerful than the Flash. But the Flash does potentially hold a massive advantage over both Sentry and Superman by being able to travel through time. And similar to Superman, Sentrys strength and durability are not traits, which make him more powerful than Flash. It's all the other stuff from his molecule manipulation to his insane regeneration and straight up immortality - stuff which Superman doesn't have.

We don't even have to go into such specific over-the-top examples to establish, that Sentry is more hax and more powerful than Superman.
If Molecule Man rips Superman apart physically: What does Superman do against that? Nothing. How does Superman recover from that? He doesn't. His healing factor isn't good enough. If Molecule Man rips Superman apart on a molecular level... How does Superman recover from that? He doesn't. He can't regenerate from a single atom.
And if your argument is that Superman is too durable for all of that: What if Molecule Man drains and weakens Superman like Triumph did it and then rips him apart?
How does Superman beat a being like the Molecule Man, who controls matter on a molecular level (which is actually an understatement)? Does Superman punch his way out of the fight?

She then said that if the Dark Avengers tried something like that again, she would go back to their childhood and kill them there. The question is:
Did she kill him as a child and erase him from existence or did she destroy him another way and only threatened the others to kill them as children? I think that's slightly debatable with both possibilities being viable.
