Who can survive a heavy shot from pre-crisis Superman?

That’s not how it works. Just because Jimmy posses Sulerman’s Powers, doesn’t mean he now posses his biology.

Or Jimmy controlled and stopped it.

When mxy sprinkled him with his magic dust, he lost control and had to sneeze. Before sneezing he flew to a dead universe because he knew he could destroy the entire solar system.

There was nothing that stated it was an amped sneeze, just that he was made to sneeze.

He flew to a dead universe in a single panel and then back. This implies a much greater speed feet. not only did he travel out of our universe but possibly many more universes before he found a dead universe and let out his sneeze. This isn't like he was at a portal and checked out different universes, he had to fly and cross universes until he got to the dead one. For a being with that kind of self powered flight speed, the force from his lungs should be enough to blot out a solar system and more with a sneeze.
