Xavier is the industry standard for Telepaths man. He is to telepath's what Flash is to speed.

no way in hell SG whips charlie. i can see it being close but i'd still take chuck. i'd take black over SG, and maybe over charlie in straight tp. all powers in black effs xavier up pretty badly...

That doesn't mean he's the most powerful. They're a few in Marvel/DC who I would put over him. And Saturn Girl is one of them. Along with Hector Hammond, Psimon, and Brainiac.
