The big kicker for me here is common knowledge. EVERYONE knows about Kryptonite and Magic Weakness.
These two while very powerful and formidable in their own right, are not enough to beat Superman individually power for power obviously (Doom at his best, is basically a HH imo but Superman at his best is even greater). Together, it becomes murkier but still not clear. When you take into account that Radioactive Man can piss Kryptonite and Doctor Doom is one of the greatest Sorcerer in comics.
Once that is taken into account, unless Superman just witnessed them killing Lois, I think he'd lose. Their powersets are particularly effective against Kryptonian's, more so than they'd be against almost anyone else.
Kicker here is knowing ABOUT Kryptonite and actually knowing the chemical formula for it are two different things. Even Firestorm, who casually creates things on the fly, needed to practise making it.
Then, the common knowledge goes both ways. Superman knows Doom is one of the greatest sorcerors etc etc, and moreover is a villain - half the time, he gets hit to gauge his opponent.
Which doesn't occur here.

Hellcat and nighthawk are useless.
Valkyrie however can do some damage. I think everyone is forgetting she has not one but 2 mystical weapons. Her sword, Dragonfang, and her enchanted spear, Geirr. So both should be able to cut or harm Superman due to weakness exploitation. He will still win but not without some damage.
This means he enters a fight with Namor with limited recovery from actual piercing injuries that Namor could exploit. Lets not forget Namor goes toe to toe with Hulk and Thor on many an occasion. Hes also a hard fighter who rarely gives compassion. He looses to Hulk and Thor but not without a drawn out hard fight. Again Supes will win but the damage he will suffer should compound from what was done to him vs Valkyrie.
With this level of damage AND the likited rest he wouldnt beat any of the next three no matter the order IMHO.
