First of all, it isnt an argument. It's a question. If you dont know the difference between an argument and a question then it doesnt surprise me that you dont know what strawmanning is

Either way, Strawman:

an intentionally misrepresented proposition that is set up because it is easier to defeat than an opponent's real argument.

Strawmanning:

A type of trolling where the Troller attempts to pwn someone by claiming something they said means something totally different to what that actually meant.
