I agree he was hurt by that shot. I never said he was not I just mocked your he flew back theory. His body language shows he was clearly affected. That is not just a punch it was lightning amped. Thanos is stronger than the Hulk who is stronger than Thor. It is clear Thanos is out of the hulls league unlike Thor who has yet to beat him. Thanos knocked him out Thor did not. Says the guy who has avoided my three post assault on Asgard for close to a week.

Since we do not see energy bars showing what hurt more it is speculative but as I said the evidence, filmmakers clearly show Thanos to be beyond Hulk not the same with Thor.

Ah, so facial expression is your clue then? Tell me then, did you see Thanos' face when he got hit by lightning? How do you know he showed no signs of pain?

Or maybe you meant body cues? If that's the case, getting knocked down from a direct strike is a pretty universal sign of pain among any martial art or combative sport.

Struggling to get up is a sign of pain. If you bounce back as quickly as he did seeing what he sustained you are being ridiculous. Axe was the threat not the weak lightning.

I never claimed that Thor can beat Thanos without his lightning. Thor engaging Thanos in pure h2h with no powers is suicide.

Doesn't change the fact that Thor with lightning (whether amped punches or direct lightning strikes) all have far greater destructive feats than any single physical attack by Thanos.

Being groggy and having a hard time standing up is a far greater indication that a strike hurt you over a simple groan. Have you ever been in a fight your entire life?

Facial expression is one clue yes! The fact that Thanos stood up and wasn't crying, flinching, etc. is a clue!

The fact that Thanos stood up immediately after being hit means he was ok.

The fact that Thanos wasn't bleeding, burnt, or physically damaged is another!

So, if you want to claim Thanos was hurt, prove it! Otherwise, YOUR OPINION is respected

Thor has better feats than Kurse but that did not mean he is greater than Kurse. We see Kurse manhandle him. Just as Hulk was manhandled by Thanos. Feats are usually exclusive to said characters in one off situations. Take for instance Thor and the star feat. I believe Hulk can replicate the feat since I believe he is stronger and more durable than Thor based off matching up against one another and in similar situations.

2. Any strike strong enough to slam you down on the ground like that is apt to hurt you. I don't need to prove this because this is reality and can be observed by watching any known combative sport or martial art known to man.
