Venom vs Dr. Strange

The good doctor is charged by his friend to remove a particularly dangerous parasite. Eddie need not survive, but he has to separate the two of them so leaving them in the mirror dimension isn't an option. Can he pry the two of them apart?

Strange hasn't shown any feats to suggest that he can separate two entities, but I would imagine that he could easily do so.

Yeah, with prep, I think Strange could probably trap or bind him somehow until he figured out what to do. In a random encounter though? We've seen Strange have some issues with very fast opponents who can nab him at range. And, unlike Maw, Venom won't need him alive in return.

How is my statement silly? With knowledge of what he is up against, Strange wins this 10/10. If he was just randomly attacked by Venom he would die from the first hit unless he was able to get a spell or bfr off.
