No we haven't. Not and win. He lost all of his fights. Time stone saved him in his own movie. He lost to maw, and he lost to Thanos. He's pretty much done nothing but get his ass kicked.

He took an awfully long time overpowering Kaecilius in their first fight. He would not survive messing around with Venom for that long.
He also through that chain thing to imprison him, which is not standard wrap art for him.
Drax has displayed some great durability (which Strange did not overcome) but his combat prowess was a joke for the most part.

Then you began naming anyone he has ever beaten or overpowered. And you came up with a total of 2 names, neither of whom are anywhere near as fast as Venom.

Kaecilius has the same skillset and a lot more experience than Strange who bested him at the time. He is far more polished and seasoned since then making it irrelevant.
He would need to replicate that to defeat venom who has no defense to his spells. Strange showed just his cape can get the better of Drax so if he focused just on him he could easily best him.

Strange has trouble with superior speed as shown in his fight against Maw.
Also im not convinced either of them are more powerful than Venom either.

That was with massive prep time though.
Without prep however Maw overpowered Strange relatively easily.
