Avenatti wants to be believed, who do we believe?

But he said all women should be believed. So who do we believe now, the porn star lawyer or the woman whose face is all messed up?

Keep in mind these allegations are not from high school 40 years, they are from this week.

He still wants to run for President as well, but he has said numerous times paying stormy daniels $130k makes Trump a disgrace and should resign but still wants to run for president after being arrested for felony domestic assault.

The light that burns twice as bright burns half as long. I think his fall from grace is unfortunate but he really has just turned out to be a sleazy ambulance chasing lawyer.

He wants due process but he didn't want any for Kavanaugh.

His Client, Stormy Daniels might fire him and Alyssa Milano a centerpiece of the #metoo movement has already disavowed him.

It's not just him...plenty on the left pulled this "gotta believe all women" bullshit. Plenty of democrats came out and said they believed Christine Ford despite no evidence or investigation.

If we apply the standards of the left to this...then nah Avenatti should not be believed.

Should we allow him due process? Yes. Though I will point out his bail was set at 50 grand. You'd think they would need some sort of legit reason to set bail at that level(some people are saying this is a conservative conspiracy plot)

So weird how the media isn't following up with this and the #metoo movement.

I don't need to know this.

Let detectives get on with their work investigating

Lab folk get on with verifying evidence.

Hell NBC had evidence that Julie Swetnick's story had holes and they sat on that evidence for a month lol. Did not release it until Grassley recommended charges against Swetnick. Avenatti himself was told about the holes in her story, but continued to insist she was telling the truth anyways lol.

NBC tried to claim they sat on the story cuz they didn't think people would care since the confirmation was over. The problem was they'd actually discovered the holes in her story before the confirmation lol.

If people wanna say the media are not the enemy of the american people fine, but they sure as hell are not the allies of us either...they do not have our best interests at heart they have their agendas.

Yeah, but we didn't need to know Trumps dad marched with the KKK or whatever yet there is a topic here about it nonetheless.

Yep, if only the left felt the same about due process. Some of them of course do not. Example: them whining that Betsy Devos changed Title IX rules to allow someone accused of rape to question their accuser.

Sure but why carry on with it, rise above the turd line.

Give him his space, let the legal system work and hopefully, he isn't harassed nonstop to mess up his life and his families while this process occurs.

If their hypocrisy isn't highlighted it increases the chances of their behavior not changing.

Avenatti needs due process. I am glad my fellow kickers all support this. Here, here.

Acknowledging a behavior that needs to be addressed is important, hanging on that issue causes problems.

I hated how Kavanaugh was treated and I certainly wouldn't want the same thing to happen to Avanetti because its the opposite of who we should be as Americans and presumption of innocence.

What I love is the similarities to Kavanaugh lol. Especially the claims of conspiracy.

Anyways, hopefully this makes some on the left realize due process is for everybody.

"The Left" called for an investigation into the allegations against of Kavanaugh. That is the definition of due process. It was Republicans who wanted to shield him from the process, almost like they were worried about what might be discovered. Weird.

Wow, cringy. Almost like it was one sided. 😉

Due process isn't just investigating the accused.

Im a bit conflicted, Avenatti said all of his clients deserved to be believed, at least two of them made up the stories completely. The person who actually assaulted Ford came forward and admitted to it.

So if we had just believed all the women like the media told us to, a innocent man might be in jail.

Now the guy who brought all the allegations has a felony charge of domestic assault and he says dont believe the women.

How does that sit right with anyone?

Because most of the media, and many prominent figures in the democratic party, TV and talk shows all said they needed to be believed.

CNN spent 30 seconds on this last night. They downplayed it very much.
