Batman would still have his money, gadgets, tactics & strategy to rely on. Plus with his money he could easily find people to help him with the sciences just like he had Oracle do his hacking and computer research for him, and Tim Drake to upgrade his tech.
As for Wolverine, BP showed how easily it would be to take Wolverine down. BP beat him in less than 4 panels when Wolverine no longer had his regenerative ability. BP surmised that Wolverine relies on his Regen too much on his fights and without his fighting ability just degrades.

Except Wolverine would adapt to not having a HF. When pushed he can be very agile and is still a top tier martial artist. He also still has a strong pain resistance.
