Voldemort also can penetrate their minds. Sidious did what during the duress of combat to any of the Jedi minds? Nothing. Albus can casually set them on fire. Without sabers the Jedi and Sith have nothing to protect or deflect anything.

Agreed that disarming GW is not only unlikely, but also not a win.
He has displayed Telekinesis and Lightning in battle without his wand. With his wand he has all sorts of other abilities including teleportation.
Only in close up battle would he be at a major disadvantage due to Lightsabers.
