Superman subconsciously holding back the speed of his hv. 🙂

dont let the recent wankage distract from the fact that Ikaris was the same dude who got hospitalized by a couple grenades

Gecko>grenades>Ikaris≈ Thanos>Old King Thanos>Living Tribunal

Oh btw, Fuk marvel

Fuck DC in the ass.

How can you hate an entire Universe as rich as Marvel?

The Eternals comic book is probably one of the best things on the market from Mainstream comics. I'm actually excited for next issue. It's a win for everyone. Imagine reading that to hate. Mr. Mind is a red lantern.

It's pretty obvious the illusion was created solely for the end of the fight to feign the decapitation.

👆

Same thing happened in Wolverine: Infinity Watch.

Why are you so biased lmao. It’s so odd.

Rulk absolutely overpowered Ikaris. Moron

You're an idiot. You said:

Rulk did not absolutely stomp him. He didn't even absolutely overpower him (You're back tracking btw).

He smashed him into a pool of lava and Ikaris was completely unphased by the attack. Wasn't even hurt.

Usually when someone gets stomped, they get beat up or taken out of the fight lol. The way it was going, Ikaris could have easily smashed Rulk down, reciprocating the favour. Especially given his super-speed.

I repeat, you're an idiot. Should've just admitted you either (a) exaggerated or (b) did not remember the fight.

Thank you for doubling down.

Probably yes

But in DC is just as likely Batman holds back the speed of his usual dodges

It was already fired in the first panel, in the 2nd he's moving left. You can call PIS of course but not aim dodging.

Of course he aim dodged; like when he faces criminals and avoids their line of fire by analyzing where they're going to shoot and then getting out of the way. He's only peak human/barely borderline superhuman in comic terms.

If you aren't moving and something is fired at you, you can only dodge by moving faster out of the way than the projectile/beam needs to reach you, there is no aim anymore because the projectile/beam was already fired in a direction that will hit you. No sane person would ever use that in a serious argument to make Batman ftl though. Like I said you can call PIS, which I would agree on of course, but not aim dodging.

Irrelevant; prior to him actually firing it, of course Bruce was watching where he was looking. His whole thing is literally having no powers unlike the other superheroes and that he's just the most capable regular human barring some Robins or what they became, Slade and such. Stop it.

That Wakanda had such a weapon.

Seems like overkill, though.

Edit: Albert still an idiot I see 😂

@Parmaniac

and Yeah no Batman obviously just watched where Superman was looking off-panel and then used that to dodge. It doesn't have to be shown to definitely be the case. He predicted where the Heat Vision was going to go despite it not being shown. Batman is merely "peak human", end of story, and any competent writer is well-aware of that.

But we see the HV beam already travelling before Bats moves.

Why ask a question you are so determined to argue if your views are set?

The heat beams coming right at him probably clued him in to where Superman is looking, checking the direction of his head is unnecessary.
