He's amped off of the Odin Power this time which completely cements Hulk tier right now and yes, this version of Thor have some highly insane showings with this amp.
There isn't a rivalry. The whole thing was reduced to seeing who is stronger or win in a h2h fight. Which is obviously Hulk that's his whole thing. But people tend to over play it. That being said Thor is more powerful and "should" wreck Hulk as easily as Surfer always has. Thor just refuses to fight to the best of his abilities and always plays Hulks game due to ego.

The pain face is something to me. Shrugging off attacks from a pissed, Skyfather Thor is something to me. Knocking him on his buttocks after shrugging off blows and letting them know they can't do nothing to him is something to me. Seems pretty obvious the team is NEEDED to take on Hulk. Even with the amp, Hulk is still a tier over Thor.
