And lulz at "not familiar with Cable". He spent 12 years in this kmc prison, he knows every comic character intimately, like everyone not named carver.
Only general shiet u foof. Dont know enuff about them. Specifically godcable stuff i guess. He seems a popular version in kmc.

I dont know about storm feats.Thor weather feats are beyond hers by orders of magnitude.
Not my question. You know it, and are now trapped.
Does Thor need his highest end wind feats just to lift Hulk? Does he need to absolutely strain himself just to lift him?
Or can he do it with a simple run of the mill tornado? Basically, if Thor wanted to lift Hulk up with simple wind, does he need to use 10% of his absolute highest end power? 15? 50%?
This is just summoning a simple wind, btw, nothing too fancy. Not a godblast or global lightning or transmutation or anything like that, just moving some air about.

12 years + years lurking before that and years on other boards.
Stop pretending to be a noob.
DS is gonna f*ck your anus with his LEGS, so prepare for pain.

Why does that matter? In this scene cable couldnt budge him and likened it to shifting a mountain. Thor can do far beyond mountain.
This scene i think was meant to be power for power. Hence why i mentioned Cable tk feats. As silly as that sounds, thats what i think the writer was aiming for. And unfortunately i dont know enuff about them.

Thor has weather stuff that are ridiculously high level and did no straining. At least art wise imo.

Yoda, for example, was able to move an entire Force-resistant mountain:

So here, he would be able to casually lift Hulk.
This guy can not only lift, but actually level mountains:

I am sure Carvy would NOT like to fixate on that word 'mountain'. But you two can discuss that.
But ultimately, my point is that nowhere did it say Cable tried to lift Hulk and failed. Just like if I tell you that I failed to budge a door (no matter how hard I tried, and gave it my all), you wouldn't interpret it as me trying to lift the door and failing (or maybe you would, I won't judge how you try to open doors).
To interpret my statement otherwise, would be to apply your bias because you are desperately trying to shape a narrative, that your door is somehow impossible to lift.
When in actual fact, maybe all I needed to do is....pull the door open.
The comic scene needed them to move the Hulk in a specific direction. He resisted. Nothing more, nothing less. If a door refuses to budge when I push it, it doesn't mean it's impossible to move in a different direction (like pull).
Originally posted by DarkSaint85OK, so IYO Thor wouldn't even need to strain to lift Hulk. That's fair enough. I mean, why all of a sudden is Hulk's fabled 'ridiculousness' not able to save him from a simple wind blow?

Never said anything about evolution. I don't know what happened there, all I know is, Cable couldn't move him.

Glad we realize TK fails against an angry Hulk, now can we move on past this.
lol
“I didn’t say Hulk evolved against TK. I just think that TK stops working on an angry Hulk. It’s different.”

And to go back to lifting, i think it didnt matter to the writer. And if we go really technical, pushing him should still be possible. There really shoulndt be any way to create enuff grip to prevent being pushed by rogue, cable, etc. Thats why i keep mentioning flightless brick.

I already addressed this. Cable said he couldnt budge him. Thats a a very specific and yet broad statement. As in he could not move him even the slightest in any way.Ok and?
Nonsensical comparison. Why would u use a door? And i think ure using a closed door here? A door attached to a frame i guess and ultimately attached to a house? U know how dumb that sounds? At least use a more comparable option. Why would anyone think someone would try to lift a closed door?
The comic needed them to move hulk to a specific location in any way possible. They pretty much failed miserably until Synapse.
Sure. I can simplify it for you.
This screw is so tight, I can't budge it!!
Carver/Celey interpretation: that screw is immune to lifting, somehow!!!!!
Celey's addendum: why would anyone want to lift a screw up?
