Only way that works - from a battleboard power level POV - is if Mxy gets involved and amps them all with imagination or somesuch. Because the power levels being thrown around on the villains' side, as JLx and Galan say, are absurd.
...But I still think it's more likely that The Presence will intervene at some point. I doubt it will be in the upcoming arc, but I fully expect it to happen at some point in the future. Something will have to stop GEB, and I think The Presence is really the only thing who can do that -- they've always seemed to be opposite sides of the same coin.
